Rose describes some qualities of conscious leadership. Being open and willing to share is essential to becoming a conscious leader. Rose loves to provide context to her team; she tries to be as consistent as possible with her transparency. Overcommunicating is also essential. Rose makes sure to tell things to multiple people multiple times. She holds a town hall for her employees to deliver the financials, the state of the business, and people speak from different departments. Rose trusts her employees; she allows them to choose their own hours. If someone doesn’t want to be there, then they will work themselves out.
