An Interview with Rose Fernandez, CEO, Algenist

Rose describes some qualities of conscious leadership. Being open and willing to share is essential to becoming a conscious leader. Rose loves to provide context to her team; she tries to be as consistent as possible with her transparency. Overcommunicating is also essential. Meet Rose Fernandez:   Rose Fernandez started her career in the beauty and skin care industry as a Regional Sales Director with Murad, the first known clinical skincare line developed by Dr. Howard Murad, where she eventually became the Senior National Sales Director, US and Canada.  She was the Vice President of Sales at Kate Somerville Skin Care; VP and General Manager, North America at Jurlique, and in 2016 she joined Algenist as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, and now serves as its Chief Executive Officer since 2018.
